To respect and protect your privacy, airWrite does not collect any privacy-related information other than the minimum necessary to operate the app, i.e., email account, pen name, posts, and post-related activity utilizing an Apple account to sign up. a. Signing up for airWrite is done with 'sign with Apple ID' only. During this process, we collect the email address you have registered with your Apple account and your choice of a fictitious address issued by apple.
b. Profile information such as your PenName(username).
c. Content you submit or post on the Services, including writing, rearranged ⍺rtickers in your way, and comments.
d. Information about the area that includes a 100-meter radius from the location where you made the post.
If we wish to collect information other than those listed above, we will seek your further consent to the change by notifying you of an updated Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Information

a. Providing and maintaining our Services.

Copyright in works created through airWrite is owned jointly by airWrite and the author (user). By signing up for airWrite, the user is deemed to have agreed to joint copyright, and in the case of derivative works, both parties may produce and utilize them without the other's separate consent. If you do not agree to this, you may not sign up for airWrite.
5. Children's Privacy
If you are under the age of 14, you may use the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian. airWrite is available only to iPhone users with Apple account, and therefore is subject to Apple's Subscription Rules for the privacy of minors.
